New ARM Roll.jpg (30195 bytes) Patented A.R.M* Sugar Mill Roll as used at Tully Sugar Mill in 1998,1999 & also to be used in the 2000 crushing.
Top & feed rolls at Tully after 1 Million Tonnes.jpg (55406 bytes) Here we see the No.2 Mill top and delivery A.R.M* rolls after 1,000,000 tonnes during the 1998 crushing. No Maintenance required for the entire season.
Std. Top roll at Tully No.4 mill at 1.0 Mill Tonnes.jpg (170778 bytes) This is the standard No.4 Mill top roll (not A.R.M* Hardfaced) in operation at Tully Sugar Mill during the 1998 crushing with standard dot/dash hardfacing on it.

It needed to be arc roughened around 50 times during the 1998 season and lost @35mm diameter.

Feed Roll at 1.7 Million tonnes.jpg (55737 bytes) A.R.M* Hardfaced Delivery roll in No. 2 mill at Tully Mill during the 1998 crushing. This has done 1.7 Millions tonnes and no maintenance required for a total season of 1.93 Million tonnes.
